Proactive Hazmat also do work for healthcare facilities, restoration contractors, cities and municipalities, property management firms, education facilities, and leading consulting groups.

Proactive Hazmat have found that although it cost more upfront to become a Living Wage Employer, this has balanced out due to the lower staff turnover. Since becoming a Living Wage Employer, they’ve managed to retain and attract many good quality workers, it’s made their workplace a much better environment.
